Tonje Skjefstad Kristiansen

Tonje Skjefstad Kristiansen currently serves as Group Controller for Arkitektur and Business Controller for Region Oslo at Multiconsult since May 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Økonomisjef for the department of property management at Forsvarsbygg from September 2021 to April 2023 and several significant positions at OBOS from November 2006 to August 2021, including Director of Business Controlling and Økonomisjef for group finance, overseeing consolidated reporting and budgeting processes. Additional roles include Controller for OBOS Prosjekt AS and positions on the board for multiple organizations such as BWG Homes AS and Øyvind Moen AS. Tonje's educational background features advanced degrees from the Norwegian School of Economics and BI Norwegian Business School, coupled with ongoing training at EQ Institute AS to become an EQ therapist.
