Jayesh Patel

Jayesh Patel, VP and GM of the Autonomous Vehicles and Automotive Business Unit (AVA BU) has held senior leadership roles in a variety of roles largely with automotive companies over his 34-year career. Before Jayesh started his career, he earned a B.A. degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Keele University. Jayesh began his professional career with British Aerospace in 1986 and he has spent 27 years in a succession of engineering and leadership positions with Lucas Automotive, Ford and Visteon Corporation in Europe, North America, India and China. He served as General Manager of the Yanfeng Visteon Electronics Technology Company (YFVET) Joint Venture in China from 2011 to 2017.
