Reina Ysaguirre-Boersma

Reina Ysaguirre-Boersma serves as the Director of Institutional Advancement at Multicultural AIDS Coalition, Inc. since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. Manager of Development at The Greater Boston Food Bank, Director of Development at Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and Director of Outreach and Development at Boston Pride. Reina's early career encompassed positions such as Development Officer at Housing Opportunities Made Equal and Benefit Coordinator & Paralegal at the Center for Elder Law & Justice. Additionally, managerial experience was gained at Rumors Cabaret, and leadership was demonstrated as Board President for Bellingham Roller Betties and Board Member at Bellingham Pride. Reina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Peninsula College.
