Lauren Mullings

Lauren Mullings is a seasoned professional in the arts and events industry, currently serving as the CEO and Creative Director at Multicultural Arts Victoria since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions including Senior Producer for the FUSE Festival at Darebin City Council from July 2021 to July 2023, and Inclusion Coordinator at RISING Melbourne from April 2021 to April 2022. Additional experience includes roles in digital events at the City of Monash, marketing and sponsorship management at the City of Port Phillip, and as a Creative Director at Cleverb!tch. Lauren's earlier career includes event production at Canary Wharf Group plc and senior event management at Proud Group. Lauren is an alumnus of RMIT University.
