Emma Y. Chong, MPH, RN, PCCN, currently serves as a Cardiac Transplant Coordinator and Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital since March 2016, where involvement includes the Research and Evidence-Based Practice Committee, serving as a Unit-based Flu Champion, and leading the Unit-based Journal Club.
