Disha Vaishnav has worked in multiple roles in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Disha started their career in 2015 as a Recruiter at Switchover Solutions. Disha then worked as an HR Executive at HCG Hospitals, Ahmedabad from March 2016 to September 2016. From October 2016 to December 2018, they worked as a Sr. Recruitment Executive at Multidots Solutions Pvt Ltd.

In 2019, Disha joined Adroit HRS as a Recruitment Specialist and worked there until January 2020. Disha then joined Synergy Resource Solutions as a Recruitment Executive from August 2020 to October 2020.

In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Executive at Rigel Networks, where they worked from March 2021 to March 2022. Disha Vaishnav completed their education at various institutions. Disha started in 2010 and finished in 2011 at Kameshwar vidhyalay school, where they obtained their 12th degree in the field of Psychology. Then, from 2013 to 2015, Disha attended LD arts, earning their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2015, they also interned at GMDC, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Finally, in 2015-2016, they attended MGLI, where they pursued a PGDHRM degree in Human Resources Development.
