James Cruz is an experienced Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor and EMS operations field. James has expertise in implementing operational policies, managing key customers, driving process improvements, and developing young engineers. James has a passion for innovation and design thinking and has successfully led teams in various companies such as Multilaser Industrial Ltda and Flextronics. James holds a BSECE degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University and has completed postgraduate diplomas in Innovation and Design Thinking from Columbia University and MIT Sloan School of Management.
