Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Multimatic and Principal at Kestrel Group, Robert has a proven track record in building global leadership teams, enhancing product development solutions, and driving operational excellence. Prior roles include Global Vice President & General Manager at Stackpole International for the Fluid Power Solutions business unit, as well as various positions in product development and engineering management at Stackpole International and FLEX-N-GATE/VENTRA GROUP. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
