Roberto Testini

Roberto Testini currently serves as Referente Help Desk IT at Gruppo MultiMedica, overseeing Help Desk teams since March 2024. Previously, Roberto held the position of Team Leader Helpdesk IT Specialist at SiliconDev S.p.A. for nearly a year and worked as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at We Tech Srl for both Diasorin and Gruppo Multimedica. Prior roles include technical support at FABER SYSTEM - Zucchetti Group and extensive experience in post-sales assistance for medical products at GIMA SPA. Earlier in their career, Roberto focused on IT consulting at Aeffe Sistemi srl and various commercial roles in tech sectors.
