Caitlin Foot-Connolly

Caitlin Foot-Connolly is an accomplished professional in human resources with a solid foundation in management and administration, holding a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of South Australia. Caitlin began a career in the aquatic industry as a lifeguard at Life Saving Victoria and advanced to the role of Lifeguard Manager at URBNSURF. In February 2022, Caitlin transitioned into human resources at BMD Group, where responsibilities included the roles of Human Resources Graduate and Human Resources Officer until July 2023. Currently, Caitlin serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Multiplex, beginning this position in April 2024.
