Melanie Francis

Melanie Francis is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Data Analyst and Implementation Coordinator at the College of the Holy Cross since February 2019. Melanie has held various positions within the same institution, including Senior Analyst of Institutional Data and Reporting, Assistant Director of Compensation, Compensation Analyst, Compensation Specialist, and Human Resources Records Coordinator.
