Malcolm Fulton

Malcolm Fulton is an experienced construction estimator with a strong background in cost planning and management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Multiplex since August 2023, Malcolm has previously held significant roles including Senior Construction Estimator at Built., Cost Planning Manager at John Holland, and Estimating Manager at Project Site Services Pty Ltd. Notable achievements include preparing cost plans for major projects in Western Australia while at Scentre Group and BPi - BGC POS International, as well as managing cost submissions and bidding processes in various sectors throughout a diverse career spanning over 18 years. Malcolm holds a DMX in Construction Management from the Chartered Institute Of Building and an HNC in Construction Surveying from Glasgow College of Building & Printing.
