Sean Gadsby

Sean Gadsby is an accomplished professional in the advertising industry, currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Emerging Technologies at Multiply Media Group since June 2025, where a strong focus is placed on innovation-led advertising within the largest OOH networks. Additionally, Sean holds a position as a Board Member at IAB MENA. Prior to MMG, a tenure at BackLite Media included roles such as Director of Innovation & Emerging Technologies, Head of Programmatic, and Account Director, promoting the philosophy of maximizing brand desirability. Experience at JCDecaux as an Account Manager provided insights into outdoor advertising, and earlier work at ELAN Group as an Account Executive contributed to setting industry standards in Qatar's advertising sector. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by foundational education with GCSEs from Collingwood College.
