Charlie V. has extensive work experience in various roles spanning across different industries.

Starting from 2002, they worked as a Store Manager for San Francisco Coffee Company, where they were responsible for managing store operations and merchandising.

In 2005, they joined Branders.com as an Account Manager, providing customer support and managing inquiries through various channels.

From 2006 to 2008, Charlie served as a Key Institutional Sales Officer for Matimco, Inc., where they managed accounts, provided customer service, and implemented brand and marketing strategies.

In 2008, they moved to Martin Print as a Client Services Manager, handling customer inquiries and providing efficient and professional service.

In 2010, Charlie joined TeleArk as a Business Development Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, lead generation, and maintaining client databases.

During the same year, they also became a Customer Service Order Processor and Team Leader at Canvas People Inc., where they managed order processing, graphic design, and customer contacts for artwork approval.

More recently, in 2020, Charlie joined MultiplyMii as the Regional Operations Lead for the ANZ region, where they spearhead onboarding campaigns, provides solution delivery to clients, develops business strategies, and manages personnel for optimal target utilization.
