Kae Limchaypo

Kae Limchaypo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started in 2018 as a Counseling Intern at the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Later in the same year, they worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at the Independent Living Learning Center. In 2018 and 2019, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Honda Motor World Inc., where they handled tasks such as organizing employee documents and conducting initial interviews. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at ExpertCollege as an International Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Associate, where they handled payroll, interviews, sourcing applicants, and administrative tasks. In 2021, they joined Alorica as a Talent Acquisition Associate before transitioning to their current role as a Recruitment Specialist at MultiplyMii. In this role, Kae collaborates with hiring managers, interviews applicants, maintains candidate profiles, and provides recruitment updates. They also analyze hiring metrics, share best practices, and strive to drive the recruitment process forward.
