Kristine Joy Anusuriya has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2021. Kristine Joy started their career at Alliance Software Inc. as an Assistant Brand Executive, where they gathered specifications and requirements from clients, implemented applications and ERP software customizations, and supervised the technical support and implementation team. Kristine Joy then moved on to Oakridge Realty Development Corp. as a Training and Development Manager, before joining MeRISE株式会社 as a Quality Manager.

In 2015, Kristine joined Excelym, LLC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they performed detailed analysis, created business requirements documentation, user stories, and technical requirements. Kristine Joy also configured and implemented software modules, aligned technology solutions with business strategies, and served as a Scrum Master.

Kristine Joy'snext role was at TechGenies as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed and converted business requirements into technical documents, created user stories and acceptance criteria, and interacted with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and provide support.
