Michelle Morales has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle is currently a Co-Founder at Leading With Success, a role they have held since January 2020. Michelle is also the Head of People at MultiplyMii, where they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Employee Care Manager at MultiplyMii from May 2022 to November 2022.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, which they pursued from 2014 to 2017. Michelle also holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the same university, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Michelle'sundergraduate degree is an AB Psychology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, which they earned from 2002 to 2006.

Michelle has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Michelle received the Certified Strategic HR Leader, Certified DEIB Specialist, Certified HR Business Partner, Certified HR Metrics & Dashboarding Specialist, and Certified HR OD Practitioner certifications from the AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023.
