Sandeep Sham

Sandeep Sham has extensive experience in sales, business development, and learning and development across various sectors, notably in consumer products and food services. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Multipro Consumer Products Limited since June 2014, Sandeep also holds roles in digital transformation and regional business management. Previous positions include Regional Sales Manager for DANO MILK at Arla, where Sandeep successfully grew the brand to the top of the fat-filled milk category, and roles in institutional sales at De-United Foods Industries and project management at Multi Pro Enterprises. Sandeep's educational background includes an MBA in Operation Management and Logistics from Cardiff University and a B.Tech in Technology Management from Thompson Rivers University.
