Previous positions include Regional Sales Manager for DANO MILK at Arla, where Sandeep successfully grew the brand to the top of the fat-filled milk category, and roles in institutional sales at De-United Foods Industries and project management at Multi Pro Enterprises. Sandeep's educational background includes an MBA in Operation Management and Logistics from Cardiff University and a B.Tech in Technology Management from Thompson Rivers University.

MCPL is now a Kellogg Tolaram Company. In 2015 Kellogg’s Company invested in MCPL owning a 50% stake. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.
