Kevin Alexander Ruiz Vargas

Kevin Alexander Ruiz Vargas currently serves as Lider de Monitoreo SOC at Multisoft S.A.S since June 2021, having progressed from roles as Analista SOC and Operador SOC. Responsibilities include managing incident response and requirements in accordance with service level agreements, conducting investigations and analyses of incidents, and preparing management reports for clients. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Aprendiz técnico de sistemas at Multisoft S.A.S from October 2020 to April 2021, where duties encompassed server administration, McAfee management, preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory management, user support, and Office 365 administration. Kevin is pursuing a degree at Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia and holds a Técnico en sistemas certification from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
