María Jesús Zapata Iriarte

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Previously, Mariana has held roles such as Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and as Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In the nutrition sector, Mariana practiced as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and taught Applied Mathematics in Nutrition and History of Food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana completed a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México obtained in 2015.
