Job overview:
As a Technical Project Lead specializing in ERP Systems, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the technical aspects of ERP implementation projects within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a virtual team of technical experts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of ERP initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on ERP system functionality, configuration, and maintenance.
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in technical project management, with a focus on ERP system implementation.
In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems is a plus.
