Zsolt Gocsei

Zsolt Gocsei has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Zsolt started their career as a Debt Recovery Officer at Magyar Cetelem Bank in 2006, where they proactively managed accounts and resolved minor issues. In 2009, they joined Docler as part of the Risk Management and Payment Support team, where they conducted profile analyses and investigated high-risk purchases to mitigate transactional fraud. From 2011 to 2012, Zsolt worked at Escalion as the Head of Customer Care and Fraud Protection, responsible for supervising fraud management, unauthorized transactions, and enhancing methods. In 2013, they became a Transaction Fraud Officer at Escalion S.a.r.l, where they played a key role in the global anti-fraud process of the company. Currently, Zsolt is working at Ferratum Group, where they started as a Fraud Specialist in 2016 and has since been promoted to the role of Financial Crime and Monitoring Manager in December 2020.

Zsolt Gocsei obtained their Master's degree in Philosophy from ELTE, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Kopint-Datorg Economic School, where they completed a post-secondary program in Advertisement and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Zsolt has obtained several certifications, including Agile Requirements Foundations, Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, and Agile Foundations. These certifications were received from LinkedIn, with the most recent obtained in May 2021 and the earliest in October 2020.
