Ben Bradnam

Head of GTM Strategy & Analysis at Multiverse

Ben Bradnam is currently the Head of GTM Strategy & Analysis at Multiverse. Prior to this, they spent three years at Spotcap Global as their Senior Business Operations Manager. At Spotcap, Bradnam led the Business Operations function in the UK, working across commercial teams to achieve scalable growth and manage strategic projects. Ben was responsible for the functionality and optimisation of all commercial processes in the UK, created and led the project management function, liaised with Product, Ops and Sales teams to deliver updates to market, managed the UK Ops and Product roadmap priorities, feedback and delivery, undertook strategic analysis, data requests and commercial forecasting, managed the region's CRM system (Salesforce) and business intelligence platform (PowerBI), built commercial reporting and KPI tracking capabilities and dashboards, liaised with strategic partners to scale and streamline internal processes, worked closely with Senior Leadership to produce analysis for investors, and co-ordinated due diligence, RFIs and RFPs for the UK market.

Before their time at Spotcap, Bradnam spent a year as Lead Consultant at FreshSight Ltd.

Ben Bradnam was educated at Sherborne School before going on to study Economics at The University of Edinburgh, from which they hold an MA (Hons).

They are on a team with Katie Fuhrman - Global Director of Partnerships, Emily Challenor - Regional Director, and Arez Arazu - Major Account Director. Their manager is Steve McCluskey, VP, GTM.
