Shwetal Shah

Shwetal Shah currently serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Multiverse, where responsibilities include facilitating digital transformation for key clients such as Mars UK and Virgin Media O2. Previously recognized as an Elite Top 5 Customer Success Manager in the UK GTM, Shwetal also received accolades including the FY24 Customer Success Manager of the Year and multiple quarterly awards.
