Cristina Sottotetti

Cristina Sottotetti has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cristina started their career in 2004 as an HR Application Consultant at ADP. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Sidi Tecnomatica. In 2009, they joined Setter Selezione e Formazione as a Career Counselor and later became the Managing Director. In 2013, Cristina took on the role of Human Resources Director at CMP Consulting Group. Cristina then transitioned to Università IULM in 2015, where they held multiple positions including Head of Career Service & Corporate Relations, Coordinator of Master in Communication & Human Resources, and Head of Stage, Placement, Career Service, and Personal Development. In 2019, Cristina became a Member of the Board of Directors for Associazione Amici del Museo at Museo Bagatti Valsecchi. Currently, they are the Head of Corporate Relations & Career Service at Multiversity Group, a portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners. Additionally, Cristina is also a Board Member Delegate to the Career Service at IULM Alumni.

Cristina Sottotetti received a Laurea Magistrale LM in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione, specializing in Esperto in Processi Formativi, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1992 to 1997. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Centro Berne where they completed Scuola Superiore di Counseling Analisi Transazionale per le professioni di relazione e d'aiuto. Additionally, they attended Scuola di Specializzazione Grafoanalisi e Perizia from 1992 to 1996.
