In July 2024, Mafalda became a Founding Member of Women in Localization Portugal, contributing to the Membership Management Team. Mafalda's educational background includes a Languages and Literature Degree in Anglo/German studies and a Master's in Anglo-American Studies from Universidade do Porto, along with a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade da Maia, completed in 2016.
