Dena Watson Rybka

Dena Watson Rybka, MBA, PHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Club Director of Human Resources at Multnomah Athletic Club, the largest private athletic and social club in the United States. With a strong background in HR management, Rybka has held various leadership roles in different organizations including Performance Systems Integration, Johnstone Supply, and Simonds International. Additionally, Dena has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Portland Human Resources Management Association and has experience as a Human Resources Manager/Global Team Lead at American Tokyo Kasei, Inc. Rybka holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Oregon State University.
