Chris Liedle has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Ocean Lifeguard II for the City of Del Mar, where they provided emergency ocean and beach responses and direct patient care. In 2013, Chris transitioned to become a Multi-Media Journalist at KVAL-TV, where they worked until 2015. Following that, they joined KATU Channel 2 as a Reporter from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Chris is serving as the Communications Director at Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, where they manage a team of communications professionals and is responsible for developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, maintaining community trust, and collaborating with staff across all divisions.
Chris Liedle pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, Film & Television from Loyola Marymount University. Chris attended the university from 2010 to 2012, focusing on their chosen field of study during that time.
