Jeff Heinrich

Jeff Heinrich has extensive experience in labor relations, serving as a Labor Relations Manager at Multnomah County from May 2012 to September 2021, with a brief role at Mt. Hood Community College in 2017. Prior to this, Jeff worked as an Attorney for the Oregon School Boards Association from March 2005 to May 2012 and completed a Law Clerk position at the Oregon Department of Justice in 2002-2003. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University College of Law, focusing on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
