Morgan S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Research Evaluation Analyst at Multnomah County Sheriff's Office since April 2023. Previously, Morgan held roles as a Research Scientist and Research Analyst at ICF from December 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing research tasks, synthesizing criminal justice information, collecting primary data, and supporting training for a federal human trafficking program.
