Morgan S.

Morgan S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Research Evaluation Analyst at Multnomah County Sheriff's Office since April 2023. Previously, Morgan held roles as a Research Scientist and Research Analyst at ICF from December 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing research tasks, synthesizing criminal justice information, collecting primary data, and supporting training for a federal human trafficking program. Earlier experiences include internships at INTERPOL and the Arlington County Police Department, as well as research contributions for the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism. Morgan holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic & Legal Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology with a focus on International Security & Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University.
