Billie Gibbs

Billie Gibbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and program management, currently serving as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist at Multnomah County since December 2017. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Case Manager, Program Specialist, and Service Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Billie worked at Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc. from April 2008 to December 2017, holding various positions such as Quality Assurance, Program Manager, and Business Community Liaison, where responsibilities included contract oversight, performance improvement, and community outreach. Billie began the career journey as a Career Specialist at ITT Technical Institute and held the position of Family Services Coordinator at Looking Glass Community Services. Billie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon.
