Christopher Skinner

Christopher Skinner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health engagement, assessment, and admissions operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Multnomah County Health Department and a Health Engagement and Assessment Specialist at Multnomah County since January 2024, Christopher focuses on outreach, research, quality improvement, and the assessment of primary care provider services. Prior roles include over a decade at Portland State University as Director of Admissions Operations, overseeing the admissions process for domestic and international undergraduate applicants, and various positions at the University of California Office of the President, where responsibilities included managing international exchange programs and developing health policy procedures. Christopher holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Health Administration from Portland State University and an MA in History from Haverford College.
