Anna Nocera

Anna Nocera, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in multi-state and multi-location corporate environments. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at MUM Industries Inc. since July 2013, Anna leads communication and collaboration across teams, fostering an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to drive positive change. Previously held positions include Corporate Human Resources Manager and HR Coordinator at MUM, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, compensation programs, and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to MUM, Anna directed human resources at HCR ManorCare and served as a Human Resource District Resource at Target, managing HR activities across the Cleveland District. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication and Marketing from Cleveland State University and a certificate as a Senior Certified Professional of Human Resources from John Carroll University.
