Amrinder Singh has over 5 years of work experience in the IT recruitment field. Amrinder began their career in 2016 as a Technical Recruiter for Synkriom, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming and placing qualified consultants for Tata Consultancy Services. In 2018, they moved to Enterprise Solutions Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter/Team Lead, where they were responsible for generating leads from conversations with candidates and working with direct clients and Tier1 vendors. In 2019, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as an Assistant Manager, where they managed the recruitment team of 5 recruiters, submission and PO trackers, and helped consultants with paperwork. Since 2020, they have been an Account Manager for Enterprise Solutions Inc. and Mumba Technologies, Inc.

Amrinder Singh attended Punjab Technical University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
