Alejandro Pascual Beneyto

Alejandro Pascual Beneyto has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving in dual roles of Projektleitung Bau and Projektsteuerung at Münchner Wohnen since November 2016. Prior to this, Alejandro held a consultant position focused on project control at Ranner Projektmanagement GmbH from July 2013 to September 2016. Earlier career roles include a practical internship and master’s thesis at Baustein GmbH, where Alejandro applied cost management methods, and an internship in project control at the same company. Additional experience includes freelance work on renovation projects in Poland, as well as early internships in architectural and construction firms. Alejandro holds multiple advanced degrees in project management and construction engineering from reputable institutions, including the Universitat Politècnica de València and Halmstad University.
