Eric Hundley

Eric Hundley has a diverse work experience spanning 17 years. Eric is currently the Vice President, Supply Chain at Munch's Supply, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Purchasing and Inventory Management at the same company from April 2021 to January 2023. During this time, they successfully re-organized the purchasing and inventory group, implemented service level metrics, led the go-live of a new distribution center, and implemented best practice demand management tools and processes.

Before joining Munch's Supply, LLC, Eric worked at Panduit for 14 years. Eric'sroles at Panduit included Senior Manager, North America Theater Supply Chain from November 2014 to April 2021, Manager, Materials & Purchasing Operations from November 2012 to November 2014, Senior Global Supply Chain Project Manager from April 2010 to November 2012, and Senior Supply Chain Analyst from June 2007 to April 2010.

In addition, Eric has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Xavier University from November 2014 to April 2021, and as a Production Control Specialist at FICA America Corp from March 2006 to June 2007.

Eric Hundley completed their education in a chronological order. Eric first attended Aurora University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. After that, from 2010 to 2012, Eric attended Elmhurst University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
