Muncie Community Schools
Tara Gudger, BSW, has extensive experience in educational and athletic roles within Muncie Community Schools. Since 2017, Tara has served as a School Counselor and Student Assistant Coordinator. Additionally, since August 2020, Tara has been the Middle School Athletic Director at Muncie Northside Middle School. Previously, from February 2001 to August 2020, Tara held multiple coaching positions at Muncie Central High School, including Assistant Girl’s Basketball Coach, Head Girls Track Coach, and Head Girls Cross Country Coach. Tara also coached 8th grade Girls Basketball at Muncie Northside Middle School from October 2017 to October 2019. Tara holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ball State University.
