Luke Starks

Luke Starks is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Muncie Power Products since February 2022, focusing on assembly processes and cost savings across multiple product lines while leading various projects and contributing to facility and equipment layouts. Prior experience includes roles as a product and product engineer at Clear Edge Filtration, where responsibilities encompassed creating job instructions and standard work documents, as well as refining manufacturing processes. In a prior role as a manufacturing engineer at Terex Corporation, Luke developed SolidWorks models for safety equipment, while also managing material organization as an assistant warehouse manager at King Electric. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has formal education in mechanical engineering and general studies from Oklahoma City Community College and Redlands Community College.
