Previous roles include Head of Resourcing at RAC and Director of Talent Acquisition at Ingeus, where transformation and recruitment strategies were developed. Notable experience at Beds, Cambs & Herts Police Forces involved strategic workforce planning, while at the BBC, Matt led a global HR transformation for international expansion.
