Rachel Herron is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Mundipharma since September 2016, leading a team that supports five global business functions, including Technical Operations, Quality, IT, Scientific Affairs, and Global Commercial, with additional expertise in data privacy. Previous roles at Mundipharma include Head of Legal for Technical Operations, Quality & IT, and Principal Legal Adviser, where responsibilities involved managing complex international legal matters and compliance issues. In addition to legal practice, Rachel has been an Associate Lecturer at The Open University since September 2014, teaching law courses. Prior to their roles at Mundipharma, Rachel gained experience at Caterpillar Inc., Durham University, Bayer CropScience, and Ward Hadaway. Rachel holds a PhD in Law, alongside a BA Hons in History, a Master of Jurisprudence, and qualifications in Law from the University of Law.
