Caroline Ramos

Caroline Ramos is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the construction and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Operations at Mundo Planalto since March 2023, Caroline specializes in the planning, organization, and control of contract activities, facilitating communication across various project areas including Legal, Marketing, and Engineering. Previous roles include Project and New Business Manager at Construtora PRG, where responsibilities included managing residential and hotel developments and analyzing sales performance, as well as Project Manager at CR Engenharia Consultiva, overseeing construction projects and budget management. With additional experience as Contracts Manager at CORSAN and Project Manager at Construarte Engenharia, Caroline's extensive experience encompasses project supervision and management across multiple large-scale projects in the region. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, completed in 2009.
