Tina Y.

Tina Y. began their work experience in 1986 as a Property Casualty Underwriter at UNITED VAN LINES - VANLINER INSURANCE DIVISION. Tina held this role until 1988 when they joined Mungenast Automotive Family as the Director of Communications and Human Resources, a position they still hold.

Tina Y. pursued their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Tina completed their undergraduate studies from 1986 to 1990. Several years later, Tina completed their Professional MBA in Communications/Human Resource Management at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, spanning from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tina has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they obtained a certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. A year later, in 2009, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the same institute. Tina also holds certifications from AD BANKER, including the Certified Insurance Consultant License (Property & Casualty), Individual in 1987, and the Certified Professional, Life and Health Insurance Program (CPLHI) in 1986. Furthermore, they achieved certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2010 and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2012.
