Teresa Meireles

Teresa Meireles is an experienced inhouse recruiter currently at Munich Electrification, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for Software Development and Testing departments, including hiring for various technical roles and implementing recruitment analytics strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruitment Associate Consultant and Recruitment Trainee at Hays, focusing on diverse sectors such as HR, Legal, Consultancy, Banking, and Insurance. Teresa began a professional career as an Intern in Customer Insight at NOS SGPS, where responsibilities included market research participation. Teresa holds a Master’s degree in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology from the University of Porto and has completed an Erasmus+ Programme in Florence, Italy.
