Johanna Roman

Johanna Roman is a seasoned professional in the reinsurance and underwriting industry, currently serving as a Casualty Treaty Manager at Munich Re since November 2022. Previously, Roman held roles at Hannover Re from August 2017 to November 2022, including Senior Underwriter and Treaty Underwriter. Roman's career began at Suncorp Group, where from February 2007 to July 2017, expertise was developed as a Senior Reinsurance Specialist in Casualty, focusing on treaty placement and management, as well as reinsurance strategy for Personal Injury and Life Insurance portfolios. Additional experience includes positions at Vero from September 2005 to February 2007 as a Claims Operations Analyst and Broker Service Executive.
