Manijeh McHugh

Manijeh McHugh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Global People Strategy & Transformation at Munich Re since July 2022, Manijeh previously held the position of Head of HR Business & People Development at MEAG from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Manijeh spent nearly a decade at Munich Re in various capacities, including Assistant to Member of Board of Management from January 2012 to May 2021. Earlier career experience includes working as a Transfer Pricing Economist at Ernst & Young and as a Researcher at alpS GmbH. Manijeh holds a Doctorate in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Universität Innsbruck.
