Nick Newton

Nick Newton has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Regional Head of Procurement and Regional Head of Category Management IT & Innovation for the Americas at Munich Re since May 2007. Previous roles at Munich Re include Regional Category Manager for Innovation & Data Services and Procurement Category Manager for both Professional Services and IT & Telecoms. Prior to Munich Re, Nick held positions at Ryder PLC as Service Support Team Leader and Logicacmg as Senior Systems Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University, various certifications in supply chain management, project management, and IT from institutions such as the Institute for Supply Chain Management, Harvard University, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
