Roland Busch

Roland Busch is the President and CEO of Siemens AG, having joined the company in 1994 and held various key positions, including Member of the Managing Board, Chairman of Siemens Mobility GmbH, and Chief Operating Officer. Busch has extensive experience in strategic roles within Siemens, including responsibilities as CHRO, CTO, and CEO of various business units. In addition to leadership at Siemens, Busch serves as a Supervisory Board Member at Munich Re and Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business. Busch holds a Ph.D. in High Temperature Superconductivity Physics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and has also studied at Grenoble INP - Phelma.
