Stanley Chau

Stanley Chau is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Financial Accountant at Munich Re since September 2023, where responsibilities include updating financial statements with AASB 17 and 9 disclosures and implementing Global Minimum Tax for Australian entities. Prior to this role, Stanley worked at Zurich Financial Services Australia as a Financial Reporting Manager focusing on the IFRS 17 Insurance Contract Project, and held positions related to statutory and regulatory reporting at Suncorp Group and Westpac. Stanley began the career as an Assistant Accountant at Communicator Interactive, after obtaining a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese Studies from UNSW.
