Robert C Collins, CPCU, CIC has extensive experience in risk management and insurance operations. Robert C currently serves as the Risk Manager at Municipal Association of SC. Prior to this, Robert C held positions such as Risk Management Specialist at HUB International and Director of Insurance Services at South Carolina Association of Counties. With a BS in Management Science and Insurance from the University of South Carolina, Robert has a strong background in the insurance industry.
