Tassy Spinks

Tassy Spinks is the Vice President of the Supplement Department at Municode. Joining the company in 1997, Tassy served as a legal editor for twenty years and has extensive experience in the codification industry serving municipal and county governments. Tassy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 1994, and studied at both the University of Reading in Reading, England, and Green College at Oxford University, Oxford, England. Tassy met her husband Jeremy while studying abroad. They are happily married with two daughters.
